About

Why me?

Good question.

Coaching is about you.

Every person is different, and that means every person has different needs.

From being able to spot the small joys in the morning to make that day a little brighter, right through to making those tiny little baby steps towards your goals. Every choice can have a dramatic effect on your life.

Coaching is about helping you work out where you are, where you want to be, and supporting you on your journey to get there.

Together we can work through the things blocking you and explore long-term approaches to getting the results you want through reflection and accountability.

My areas of speciality:

  • Self-awareness, boundaries & authenticity
  • Confidence & Self-Esteem
  • Personal development & managing life changes
  • Neurodiversity (particularly ADHD & late-life diagnosis in women)
  • Dating & Romantic Relationships
  • Interpersonal & growth and progression,
  • Career & Small Business Development

If you still have some questions, or if you would just like to find out more about working with me, then please get in touch using the button below.

I understand that coaching might not be for everyone, or it might simply not be the right time, and are happy to chat through any questions or concerns you may have with no pressure or obligation.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I’m Rebecca and I am a diagnosed ADHD and undiagnosed ASD coach and mentor based in Sussex. When I’m not using my passion for self-development to work with people, you can often find me painting watercolours or reading in my happy place – on my unbelievably comfy sofa!

I came to coaching having realised that my neurodiversity equipped me with fundamental tools that naturally led to responsive and beneficial conversations and reflection that can translate to impactful change.

People are my passion, and using my own lived experience and characteristics to be able to aid and support others is something that I consider a privilege and a dream fulfilment.

Using empathy, meta-communication and reflexivity, I found that the interactions I shared with others were truly able to benefit them and so decided to translate this into a way I could reach and help more people.
